• to the track: either by car or plane plus motorcycle transport:
• next airports: Barcelona, Reus (Ryanair)
• car rental: at the airport, prices from less than 180 EUR/7 days
• staying in the paddock overnight: no problem, camper, tent, pitbox
• hotel accomodation:
recommended partner hotel in Lleida, ca. 15 mins from the circuit. Further accommodation guide with booking assistance will come with your entry confirmation.
• motorcycle overnight accomodation:
locked pitbox place from 7. p.m. to 7. a.m. 10 EUR per night
• insurance: Due to the fact that in Spain the obligatory health insurance does not cover racetrack incidents, a Spanish event license is required. Alternatively the circuit owners of Alcarras have a special insurance deal covering all the costs for the best available medical and hospital treatment in Spain. Alcarras track day participants are, in case of injuries, perfectly taken care of in a private hospital nearby. Since the insurance is obligatory Art Motor have included it for all participants in their entry fee.
